So! Been a while in-between posts, no? I have been well immersed in a few different projects, I assure you. I assure myself. Here is me in half of a costume! Here in Portland, the Epic Poet Among Other Things, Riley Michael Parker, and a rat tag team of fearless ne’er-do-wells, including my self, have been shooting a film. An exploitation genre of the sacrilegious variety.CLICK ME TO SEE THE MOVIE TRAILER!Yup. That’s me in the mustache.This shoot been some of the most fun, I’ve had in my life, the fun parts. Its also been a lot of zany antics, the zany parts. Why, one young lady just broke her nose via horseplay. There was Champagne. My Goodness. I have a Facebook fan page, and Twitter, and i’m embarrassed by how much fun I’ve been having blathering on and uploading sketches. It took only two seconds of soul searching to find out why this is so rewarding for me: I am full of ridiculous things with no direct outlet.

I’m so glad to get to interact with people, who look at my drawings! Getting to banter, and get feedback, it’s such a reward to socialise about these ideas, since it keeps me alone to draw them.

I wanted to tell a story about my meditation, cus its been so neat, and I havn’t got enough of a chance to share. Also, everybody been blogging about lizard brains, and how can I not tell you about my experiences, when I feel like I know a little bit?

Many of my friends, who have to listen to me, think the whole thing is hogwash, and I quite invite being thought of as silly. Even if you don’t believe my interpretation of what happens during my practice, just believe that this is my perception, and it makes me happy!
